To Boston With Love

So many words have been written in the wake of the tragedy of the Boston Marathon bombings. In fact, I don't think I can add anything to it, except to express my deepest sympathies to those who've been affected by such a horrific event. As of writing, we don't know who did, nor why they did it. All I hope is that whoever did cause such pain and chaos is caught and brought to justice very quickly.

I do want to say something though, and it's something that many people across the globe express on a daily basis.

The world needs Love.

Lots and lots of love.

It doesn't matter how. It doesn't matter what. As long as love's being put out things will begin to change. People may laugh. They may scorn but it's true. Love can change everything. Even a smile can change someone's day. Heck, it can change someone's life. No one knows what anyone else is going through. Someone could be going through the worst day of their life and something as simple as a smile could change it all. It could save their life.

Love, love, love. We need more of it! The world needs more of it! Love's good so pass it on!

  1. Yes. The world is so full of hate... people hurting inside and taking that pain out on others, mentally ill not getting the treatment and help they need and then acting out, anger exploding all around us... it's a sad, sad world when you really pay attention to what's going on in it.
